Registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria (Licence No. SHD-0016601), we follow strict regulations and ensure all data is securely wiped.

You are paid real money directly via bank transfer or PayPal. No store credits, vouchers, or locked value systems.

Once your device is received and approved, payment is processed within 24 hours via bank transfer, PayPal, or PayID with no hidden fees or deductions.

If a revised quote is required after inspection, we clearly explain the reason with evidence. You can accept, decline, or request your device to be returned free of charge.

We provide a prepaid postage label for anywhere in Australia. Simply drop your device at any Australia Post outlet and we take care of the rest.
