Ordered via backmarket, packaged safely with tracking delivery, Excellent condition (no visible marks on screen, external body, cameras), and battery capacity 85%. 2 weeks in and so far no problems. Highly recommend 😊Suggest you find another material for tray holding the phone. The velvet material shreds like crazy.

Pretty impressed with the response speed and time it took for the money to land in my account when selling my devices.Had to follow up a day later as the technician assessing devices was out of the office on the day I dropped off my devices. I've sold two mobile phones to Mobile Guru now on two separate occasions - and iPhone X and iPhone 12 Pro. They are so easy to deal with and efficient. You don't even need to pay for postage of the phone to them as it's reply paid! As soon as the phone arrived, they ran their diagnostics and I had an outcome very quickly, and payment processed soon after. So much better than selling old phones on Facebook marketplace and having to deal with randoms, fake enquiries and pay ID scammers! Mobile Guru is a much better option!
