Fantastic service, great communication, and an easy turnaround. Had a few minor scratches that I hadn’t noticed, very reasonable adjustment to the quote. Staff lovely and helpful. Would note that the walk up to the office in South Melbourne for drop-off is a little odd - feels like you’re in the wrong place, but super easy once there. Great service.

The selling of my phone was so easy I got a good price quoted and I got sent my postage label emailed to me and the post office printed this for me. I posted the phone on Thursday and by Monday the payment had been made to me. Highly recommend this company when you want to sell your old phone
