I bought the Samsung s24 ultra and it arrived in perfect condition. 90% battery life and has been working perfectly since. The shipping time was less than the anticipated amount so I was able to get my new phone way earlier than expected and the customer service has been excellent. Shoutout to Hannah from mobile guru!

Excellent service. We agreed a price for Mobile Guru to buy my item.

They mailed a prepaid label which I attached to the parcel and dropped off at Australia Post. I received a notification with tracking number.

A few days later I received a message from Australia Post saying it had been delivered followed by a message from Mobile Guru to let me know they had received the parcel and were checking it out.

A few minutes later I received an email confirming condition and agreed price. The money was in my back within the hour. I will be using them again.
