I had a positive experience overall. The payment came through just over a week after their review of my phone rather than 24 hours. I would say they were inundated when the new 18pro came out. If that was the case perhaps a message on the website stating a temporary period of backlog or hold up or something would be useful. Other than that the process is easy, convenient. I traded my phone easily and received payment. The trade value is a little less than marketplace but for the convenience it was worth it. Thank you

Submitting the item to be sold is smooth. However, it will be better if seller details are included in the selling details like other vendors instead of requesting for ID docs later. Payment is delayed pending the requirement to submit the necessary docs after the phone has been sent and received by Mobile Guru.
