Sold a Microsoft surface in good condition, they said that it was not up to standard because the attached keyboard (which doesn't come with the original surface and was an extra I bought) was in bad condition. After I rejected their offer, they agreed to a higher price. Overall, the process was smooth, but if you’re selling a Surface, I’d recommend not including additional attachments/accessories.

This was the fastest and easiest transaction I've experienced when it comes to selling a mobile phone.
