I recently sent my old iphone 14 to mobile guru. On submission of my request a paid postage was made available to me to send my old mobile. Communication was brilliant and on completion of inspection funds were deposited into my account within 24hrs. Very easy process.

I have used these guys several times over the years and I can't argue how easy and efficient the whole processes is. Old phone sent to them (at their expense) on a Friday, they received it on the Monday, money in my back account late Monday night. Their communication is excellent from start to end.

While setting the iPhone up, I was happily surprised that I was offered an Apple Care plan on this 2+ year old device, which proved to me that it is fully genuine Apple device. This is the second device that I have purchased from Mobile Guru, the first being a refurbished 11 Pro Max that is still functioning fine, I’ve now passed that old iPhone onto to my nephew.
