I’m impressed! My daughter told me about Mobile Guru, so when I bought a new phone, I decided to try them to take my old one. The instructions on how to clean out my phone were clear, as were the details of how to get the phone to them (I’m in Brisbane, they’re in Melbourne). I posted the phone on Tuesday (the cost covered by MG), they received it the next morning, and it was all checked and cleared by that afternoon. The money was in my account by the Thursday morning.
