A very quick and smooth transaction from start to finish. I have tried some similar platform but MobileGuru is far way the simplest and efficient way to sell old phone. ai gave my old phone details, condition, they gave me a return express AusPost label snd post my phone. Overall, it was a good experience. The team kept me updated throughout the process via email and text message, and I received the payment just one day after passing the assessment. My only suggestion would be to improve the website. It would be much better if customers could track the current status directly online, and an estimated assessment timeframe should also be provided at the beginning. This would make the overall experience even better.
