Excellent service. We agreed a price for Mobile Guru to buy my item.

They mailed a prepaid label which I attached to the parcel and dropped off at Australia Post. I received a notification with tracking number.

A few days later I received a message from Australia Post saying it had been delivered followed by a message from Mobile Guru to let me know they had received the parcel and were checking it out.

A few minutes later I received an email confirming condition and agreed price. The money was in my back within the hour. I will be using them again.

Excellent experience with Mobile Guru, great staff and fast payment for my old devices. High prices offered compared to some others and will definitely use again.

Recently I sold my s23U to Mobile Guru. With the minor scratch, I still received a reason buy back price (unlike my Samsung trade-in experience, the minor scratch dropped the price from 120 to 5 dollar).

Due to my Yahoo email issue, it seems Mobile Guru can not receive my reply. The good thing is they actually have a phone number you can call (real person exists at the other end, not fake AI voice).

In short, I would recommend give them a try if you are selling your mobile devices.
