Overall, it was a good experience. The team kept me updated throughout the process via email and text message, and I received the payment just one day after passing the assessment. My only suggestion would be to improve the website. It would be much better if customers could track the current status directly online, and an estimated assessment timeframe should also be provided at the beginning. This would make the overall experience even better.

The process was simple to quote and send in the phone. Be aware that the price quoted may not be the value you get as mine was downgraded once inspected even though I didn’t believe the issues were there when sent. You have the option to decline and get it back however as this was interstate this was not feasible for me. Recommend if you are flexible.
