They are lovely to deal with. Prices to sell to them are mostly fair and comparable to other second hand phone dealers. I only give them 4 stars because the 24 hours payment has not always been the case for me. Otherwise it's okay. Dealing with Ben the legend was easy.

Took my old iPhone 14 pro in and in under 24 hrs I had a response with confirmation and a price I was extremely happy with confirmed with a deposit into my bank account sent through. It had a cracked back screen and I still got almost $400. It was fast to set up and account and fill out the information. The phone had been in a draw for 3yrs so it was great to get the cash!

Im happy that i received my payment for the iphone i sold them very quickly indeed. As promised it was in my bank within 24 hours. The whole process from posting it to them was simple and very quick. A little disappointed that i had the phone checked before choosing mobile guru, with 2 other companies in person and each time the phone was branded in perfect condition with no scratches and marks whatsoever as i had kept it clean and very protected. Upon receiving they bumped the price down considerably saying it had scratches. I wont use them again for this reason as i had been GUARANTEED that higher price elsewhere for definate. Disappointed for that reason only. But as a company they did as was supposed to and the communication was there. I chose to accept for reasons rather than wait longer for its return back to me.
