Im happy that i received my payment for the iphone i sold them very quickly indeed. As promised it was in my bank within 24 hours. The whole process from posting it to them was simple and very quick. A little disappointed that i had the phone checked before choosing mobile guru, with 2 other companies in person and each time the phone was branded in perfect condition with no scratches and marks whatsoever as i had kept it clean and very protected. Upon receiving they bumped the price down considerably saying it had scratches. I wont use them again for this reason as i had been GUARANTEED that higher price elsewhere for definate. Disappointed for that reason only. But as a company they did as was supposed to and the communication was there. I chose to accept for reasons rather than wait longer for its return back to me.
