While setting the iPhone up, I was happily surprised that I was offered an Apple Care plan on this 2+ year old device, which proved to me that it is fully genuine Apple device. This is the second device that I have purchased from Mobile Guru, the first being a refurbished 11 Pro Max that is still functioning fine, I’ve now passed that old iPhone onto to my nephew.

Overall good experience, was negotiated a price once they received my phone which was only $50 less than original quote. Also it should be stated before seller sends device off that they do require proof of purchase. The whole process took about 4 days, from sending my device off to receiving the funds. Communication could have been a bit better, as I wasn’t really updated along the way.
