While my experience with Mobile Guru took longer than expected, the matter was eventually resolved. I sold my iPad in early December and received payment in late March. During that time, communication could have been more responsive, as it sometimes took a while to hear back.
However, the team did follow through and ensured payment was completed. I appreciate the final outcome and hope to see improvements in communication and turnaround times moving forward.
