I like that you can send your item, and not choose to accept a lower offer, and if you’re unhappy with the offer they will simply return your item to you free of charge. This helped me build trust and the ease of the process was easy enough and relatively stress free. It also costs you nothing to send it just make sure you pack it well. I couldn’t find my original packaging, so was initially worried about losing dollar value because of this, but it wasn’t an issue and I chose not to accept a lower value because I knew my handset had been well looked after. In the past I’ve traded in directly with Apple but MobileGuru gives you a more competitive rate that is hugely helpful for other expenses and for buying a new handset.
