You don't even need to pay for postage of the phone to them as it's reply paid! As soon as the phone arrived, they ran their diagnostics and I had an outcome very quickly, and payment processed soon after. So much better than selling old phones on Facebook marketplace and having to deal with randoms, fake enquiries and pay ID scammers! Mobile Guru is a much better option!

Given that Apple and Google don't bundle the charger anymore, this seems fairer.

Small advice would be to get the phones charged regularly when they are stored, bacause mine arrived with only 2% which is not the best for battery health on long terms.
