Small advice would be to get the phones charged regularly when they are stored, bacause mine arrived with only 2% which is not the best for battery health on long terms. Apart from this little thing, everything went very smooth and i'd definitely recommend this shop!

I didn't want to pay full price for a new phone, so looked refurbished phones up. Mobile Guru felt a good choice as they are based in Australia, have warranty and from my own experience amazing customer service. I got my phone, which looked great and worked great, but was not happy with one specific thing. I was able to return it and they sent me a different one...completely happy. Thank you.Have just send my old phone to Mobile Guru so they can resell that. I will definitely come back when I feel it's time for an upgrade.
