I've sold two mobile phones to Mobile Guru now on two separate occasions - and iPhone X and iPhone 12 Pro. They are so easy to deal with and efficient. You don't even need to pay for postage of the phone to them as it's reply paid! As soon as the phone arrived, they ran their diagnostics and I had an outcome very quickly, and payment processed soon after. So much better than selling old phones on Facebook marketplace and having to deal with randoms, fake enquiries and pay ID scammers! Mobile Guru is a much better option!

"Near new" looks near new and works well.Mobileguru gives you a cable and the device in the box, and offers you some extra accessories in exchange for a review. Given that Apple and Google don't bundle the charger anymore, this seems fairer.

Small advice would be to get the phones charged regularly when they are stored, bacause mine arrived with only 2% which is not the best for battery health on long terms. Apart from this little thing, everything went very smooth and i'd definitely recommend this shop!
